Home delivery
We can deliver your cellular phone free of charge up
to three days before you depart from Japan. Receiving
by delivery , which you can confirm a rental cellular
phone number previously, is the smartest way. Please
choose this privilege. If you want it earlier than
three days before (up to seven days before departure),
a separate advance delivery charge of ¥300 (¥315
including tax) per day is applied. |

Airport pickup
You can reserve your cellular phone for pick up at the
airport counter on the day of departure.

The mobile phone you rented contains an SIM card. Please do not tamper with the phone or card. If you remove the SIM card without our permission, you may be held liable for damages. |

Rental charges apply until the day you ship the rental. Even a customer who choose "Time count billing" we will calculate the charges,issue a bill and charge to credit card later.
When returning the rented mobile phone to us from abroad, you must bear all postal charges. |
