We offer an optional flat-rate compensation
service in the event that your cellular
phone is stolen, lost, or damaged during
the rental period. In the event that a
cellular phone which is not covered by
the compensation service is stolen, lost,
or damaged during the rental period, the
user will be billed the total cost of the
unit or accessory in question. For cellular
phones which is covered by the compensation
service as well, the user bears either
the compensation costs or exempted amounts,
whichever is less. |

and friends your overseas cellular telephone number before you leave
Japan.
Applying via
telephone or fax
We will inform you by telephone of your rental cellular phone
number on the day before departing Japan.

When applying, please clarify you want
the “cellular phone number advance notification service”.
When requesting notification by telephone, we will inform
you of your rental cellular phone number after we verify
that you are the applicant.
It is not available to notify the cellular phone number
by e-mail.
This service is only for customers picking up their rental
at airports. Customers receiving their rental by home
delivery have their rental phone number printed on the
slip enclosed in the delivery package. |
Applying online
You can verify your rental cellular telephone number on the Confirm,
change, cancel reservations page.

When confirming, changing, or canceling
a reservation, the email address and telephone number
entered in the application are required.
When requesting notification by telephone, we will inform
you of your rental cellular phone number after we verify
that you are the applicant. |
For reasons of personal information protection,
we are unable to answer any questions concerning the rental
cellular phone number from anyone other than the user (including
employers, family members, etc.). In addition, when contacted
by the user as well, we can answer any questions concerning
the rental cellular phone number after confirming their identity.
