When applying for the DOCOMO Business Net
Inc. ("DOCOMO Business Net")
World Cellular Phone Rental Service ("Service"),
please read and consent to the Terms of Use ("Terms")
of World Cellular Phone Rental Service provided by DOCOMO Business Net
and the following precautions. |

DOCOMO Business Net reserves the right to terminate
the agreement in the event that the user
violates the Terms. |

| |
|
| 1. Areas of use |
| |
Please be sure to
confirm the "Service
Area and Communication Fees" on
the website with respect to the
countries and areas of use of the
Service and other precautions. |
| |
Even in the Service
Area, there may be instances in
which the Service is unavailable
because the signal cannot be received
or because of communication conditions
such as network disturbances. DOCOMO
Business Net assumes no responsibility
whatsoever even in the event the
user of the Service ("User")
cannot use the Service due to such
communication conditions. |
| |
There are countries
and areas in which i-mode service,
SMS service or TV-phone service
cannot be used even when voice
service can be used. The TV-phone
service is only available in areas
of those countries in which 3G
services are offered.

Please refer to the website
for the latest information
regarding areas and service
interruption. |
| • |
Communication services
in certain areas may be
restricted such as by interruption
or suspension by telecommunication
providers in or outside
Japan. In addition, there
may be cases in which communication
services are restricted
due to the laws and regulations
of the area of travel or
the conditions set forth
by telecommunication providers.
In such instances, DOCOMO
Business Net assumes no responsibility
whatsoever. |

In the event that more
than one telecommunication
provider is available in
a certain area, one telecommunication
provider shall be automatically
selected. However, depending
on the user's phone, etc.,
the user may select the
telecommunication provider.
For details, please refer
to the "Rental Guide" which
DOCOMO Business Net shall deliver
to the User together with
the rental phone and other
equipment ("Equipment"). |

| 2. Communication
Charges |
| |
The communication
charges for the Service ("Communication
Charges") differ depending
on the country and area of use
of the Service, telecommunication
providers and to which location
calls are made. When using the
Service, receiving charges shall
be charged for receiving calls.
Please refer to "Service
Area and the Communication Charges" on
the website together with the other
precautions. The User may select
either "Detailed Statement
Settlement" or "Time
Count Settlement" with respect
to the method of calculation of
the Communication Charges for the
Service. Provided, however, that
the Equipment for which Detailed
Statement Settlement or Time Count
Settlement may be used shall be
as set forth in the Terms. The
User cannot change the method of
calculation after the execution
of the contract.
Cancellation charge will be applied
if you wish to change the method
of calculation.

telecommunication
provider
in
the
area
of
travel,
Communication
Charges
may
be
incurred
even
if
the
other
party
cannot
be
reached
(including
receiving
calls)
due
to
communication
conditions. |

Incoming calls are also
charged on an overseas
rental phone. Some
overseas operators may
start charging at ring-tone (when the network gets
connected). |

Depending
on
the
telecommunication
provider
in
the
area
of
travel,
Communication
Charges
may
be
incurred
even
in
the
event
of
collect
calls,
free-dials,
credit
calls,
and
pre-paid
card
calls. |

Depending
on
the
telecommunication
provider
in
the
area
of
travel,
Communication
Charges
for
international
calls
may
be
incurred
even
when
making
domestic
calls.
(Domestic
communication
charges
may
likewise
be
incurred
for
international
calls.) |

If Detailed Statement
Settlement is selected, Communication
Charges shall be calculated based
on the hours of use indicated on
the Detailed Communication Statement
issued to DOCOMO Business Net by NTT
DOCOMO, Inc. ("DOCOMO").
If Time Count Settlement is selected,
Communication Charges shall be
calculated based on the hours of
use indicated on the Equipment
and confirmed by DOCOMO Business Net
at the time of return.

With
Detailed
Statement
Settlement,
if
the
User
desires
to
receive
a
detailed
statement
of
the
Communication
Charges
for
the
Service,
the
User
must
separately
apply
for "Service
for
the
Detailed
Statement" at
the
time
of
application
for
the
Service,
based
on
the
Terms. |

If
Detailed
Statement
Settlement
has
been
selected,
requests
for
payment
may
be
divided
by
two
months
or
more
due
to
the
settlement
among
the
telecommunication
providers
or
other
reasons.
In
addition,
Communication
Charges
may
not
be
requested
during
the
same
month
even
in
the
event
of
use
over
the
same
period. |

| |
With Time Count
Settlement, Communication Charges
shall be calculated based on the
time of use indicated on the Equipment
and confirmed by DOCOMO Business Net
at the time of return.

|
| • |
When using Time Count
Settlement, DOCOMO Business Net
shall not issue the Detailed
Statement with respect
to the Service. |
| • |
When using Time Count
Settlement, Communication
Charges shall be paid,
in principle, at the Service
Shop at the time of return
of the Equipment. However,
where DOCOMO Business Net is
unable to calculate and
request payment of the
Charges at the time of
the User's return of the
Equipment, DOCOMO Business Net
will confirm the hours
of use of the Equipment
after the User's return
of the Equipment and request
payment of the Charges
to the User. |

Even if the User selects
Time Count Settlement,
in the case of theft or
loss or similar event to
the Equipment, DOCOMO Business Net
will request payment of
the Charges under Detailed
Statement Settlement. |

|
|
| 3. Other charges |
| |
If a User cancels
an application for the Service
within three (3) days before the
Start of Use Date (or for a User
who selects door-to-door parcel
delivery service, before the expected
receiving date), the User shall
pay DOCOMO Business Net one thousand
(1,000) yen (tax not imposed) as
a cancellation charge. |
| |
If a User does not
return the Equipment within four
(4) days from the next day of the
End of Use Date, the User shall
pay, in addition to the Charges,
five hundred (500) yen (tax not
imposed) per day multiplied by
the number of the days on and from
the next day of the End of Use
Date to the day when the return
is completed, as late charges.
If the Equipment was not returned
within thirty (30) days from the
next day of the End of Use Date,
the User shall pay in addition
to the late charges, the penalty
pursuant to the Terms. |

In the event of
accidents such as loss or damage
of the Equipment, please notify
the World
Cellular Phone Rental Center immediately
so that the communication network
may be disconnected. Please note,
however, that the Communication
Charges incurred until such disconnection
shall be borne by the User. |

Where the User desires
to receive the Equipment by door-to-door
parcel delivery service, the User
shall receive the Equipment a maximum
of three days before the Start
of Use Date. If the User pays 300
yen (315 yen including tax) per
day as advance receipt fee, the
User can receive the Equipment
up to seven (7) days before the
Start of Use Date. If the User
desires to return the Equipment
by door-to-door parcel delivery
service, the User is deemed to
return the Equipment on the date
when the User sends the Equipment
to DOCOMO Business Net. |

| 4. Compensation Service |
| |
If an accident such
as the loss of or damage to the
Equipment occurs and the User does
not subscribe to the Compensation
Service, the User shall pay the
penalty as set forth in the Terms
("Penalty"). |

DOCOMO Business Net provides
a Compensation Service and recommends
that Users subscribe to this Compensation
Service in case of accidents such
as the loss of or damage to the
Equipment. If a User subscribes
the Compensation Service, said
User shall pay to DOCOMO Business Net
the lower of the Penalty or the
exemption amount set out in the
Terms. |

If theft or loss
of the Equipment occurs, the User
shall submit to DOCOMO Business Net a
certificate documenting such theft
or loss issued by the local police
Please refer to the "Compensation
Service" on the website
together with the other precautions. |

| 5. Payment |
| |
The rental charge,
the Communication Charge, the Compensation
Charge, the Penalty and other charges
based on the use of the Service
shall be paid by a credit card
of a company which DOCOMO Business Net
designates based on the terms and
conditions of the credit card of
such company ("Designated
Credit Card Company"). Where
the Designated Credit Card Company
refuses to collect the Charges
of the User, DOCOMO Business Net can
request to the User payment of
the Charges by invoice. In such
case, the User shall pay the Charges
by wire transfer to the bank account
designated by DOCOMO Business Net. |

the "Payment
Method" on the website
with respect to the Designated
Credit Card company. |

| 6. Precautions in
the Use of Service |
| |
An applications
for the Service is accepted from
up to two (2) months prior to the
Start of Use Date. |
| |
Telephone answering
services and transfer services
cannot be used. |
| |
In the event that
the User has designated the telephone
number of the Equipment as a call
forwarding number of a landline
telephone, such call forwarding
function may not work during the
time of the Service. |
| |
Even in the event
that the User has the caller ID
mode switched ON, due to conditions
of a telecommunication provider
in a particular area or other reasons,
there may be instances during the
use of the Service in which "ID
unavailable" is indicated
on the display of the receiver's
phone, or a phone number differing
from the rental phone number is
indicated on the display. |

There may be instances
in which a part of the communication
network is unavailable (IP phones,
etc.) due to conditions of a telecommunication
provider of that area. |
| |
The Equipment is
unavailable in Japan. |
| |
There may be instances
in which a caller making a call
to the number of the Equipment
may hear guidance in a foreign
language, due to conditions of
a telecommunication provider of
the area of travel or other reasons. |
| |
The Service may
be used for a maximum of three
(3) months. |
|
|
| 7. In using i-mode |
| |
i-mode service is available only
on Model N900iG.
| • |
N900iG is not available
in South Korea. Only Model
IM5200 is available for
use in South Korea. |
|
| |
|
| |
The User cannot access pay sites
offered by DOCOMO or i-mode information
service providers (who are in information
service agreement with DOCOMO for
providing information to the Users
through i-mode). |
| |
If a telecommunication provider
who does not provide i-mode access
is selected, please change networks
using the "network switch" and "network
connection mode switch" set
up by which a telecommunication
provider which can provide i-mode
access can be selected.

| |
|
| |
Even in a foreign telecommunication
provider's area in which the i-mode
service is available, there may
be instances in which the i-mode
service cannot be used due to communication
conditions or other reasons. |
| |
Packet telecommunications other
than i-mode (including mopera service,
business morepa access pro, FOMA
packet, X WAVE, etc.) are not available.
In addition, i-mode services offered
by foreign telecommunication providers
may not be used. |
| |
Use of certain sites or contents or
E-Mail received or sent may infringe
upon the laws and regulations of the
country in which the User is located.
Please confirm the laws and regulations
of the countries being traveled to when
using i-mode overseas. |
| |
When using i-mode through the
Service, packet communication charges
shall be incurred on all packet
communications. |
| |
When using i-mode, a minimum
fee (80 yen or more or 160 yen
or more) of packet communication
charges shall be charged for each
connection. When using i-mode during
the use of the Service, we recommend
that the User use i-mode without
cutting the connection. The following
shall be counted, for example,
as one connection.

from commencement of
i-mode connection until
the "call-end" button
is pushed. |
| • |
from commencement of
i-mode connection until
a certain time of non-connection
elapses and connection
is automatically cut. |
| • |
from commencement of
i-mode connection until
connection is terminated
due to transportation to
an area outside the Service
Area or signal gets weak. |
| • |
from commencement of
i-mode connection until
transfer to incoming voice
call during i-mode connection
(when using 2G network
(GPRS) in which packet
communication is used). |

| |
|
| |
When using i-mode, there may
be instances depending on the site
in which the use of site is restricted,
such as all or a part of the site
is not available or all or a part
of the information cannot be obtained,
due to the conditions of the site
providers. Some site or information
provided may differ to those provided
in Japan. |
| |
When using i-mode, there may
be instances depending on the site
in which the site provider is notified
that the use is from a global roaming
corresponding country and is given
information for distinguishing
the country in which the User is
located, in order to distinguish
use from a foreign country. Please
note, however, that the detailed
location of the User using the
Service cannot be tracked by the
site provider or other third parties. |

Message F (free) is not available
in the Service. |
| |
The rental cellular phone (N900iG)
is set up so that E-Mail are automatically
received. E-Mail are automatically received
and each mail received is counted as
one connection, and the minimum packet
communication charge (80 yen or more
or 160 yen or more) shall be charged. |
| |
When using E-Mail on rental cellular
phone (N900iG), please confirm "Service
Area and Communication Fees"
on the website for the maximum number
of letters possible for receiving or
sending. |
| |
The conditions of use of i-mode
other than those set forth herein
shall be in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth
by DOCOMO. |

| 8. In using other
services |
| 1. |
SMS (Short Message Service)
| • |
When using SMS in the
area of travel, there may
be instances in which the
SMS sent or received is
not displayed correctly
or is not properly sent
or received, due to circumstances
of the telecommunication
provider. |
| • |
Communication Charges
shall be incurred in the
event that the User sends
a short message (Communication
Charges shall not be incurred
for receiving messages).
There may be instances
in which the User may receive
a "welcome message" from
a foreign telecommunication
provider. No charges shall
be incurred from the receipt
of such message. For details
with respect to the Communication
Charges, please confirm "Service
Area and Communication
Fees" in the User's
guide. |

| 2. |
TV-phone service
| • |
N900iG are not compatible
with digital data communication
such as 64K. |
| • |
Depending on the model
of TV-phone to which the
User is connected, the
image of the other party
displayed on the corresponding
cellular phone may be distorted
or disconnected. Even in
such instances, the Communication
Charges for TV-phone shall
be charged. |

|
| 3. |
Other notes
| • |
The transmission speed
of communication with respect
to this Service differs
depending on the telecommunication
providers used, and varies
depending on the conditions
of communication or other
reasons. |
| • |
SMS service and TV-phone
service are only available
on rental cellular phone
(N900iG). The contents
of the other services available
to the User differ depending
on the model of the rental
cellular phone. |
| • |
The protection of the
User's personal data with
respect to the Service
shall be subject to the
laws and regulations of
the countries and areas
in which the user uses
the Service. |
| • |
Inquiries such as the
User's state of contract
of World Cellular Phone Rental
Service or the details
of charges (not including
Time Count Settlement)
shall be accepted upon
confirming identification
by DOCOMO Business Net. DOCOMO
Business Net cannot answer inquiries
from third parties such
as the User's place of
employment or family members. |

| 9. Changes in the
website |
| |
DOCOMO Business Net may from time to
time change the contents of this
website as necessary. |
|
|
