When applying for the DOCOMO Business Net
Inc. ("DOCOMO Business Net") World
Cellular Phone Rental Service ("Service"),
please read and consent to the Terms
of Use ("Terms") of World Cellular
Phone Rental Service provided by DOCOMO
Business Net and the following precautions. |

DOCOMO Business Net reserves the right to terminate
the contract in the event of the user’s
violation of the Terms. |

| |
| 1. Areas of use |
| |
The Service is available
in NTT DOCOMO’s business
areas in Japan (“Service
Areas”). |
| |
Even in the Service
Areas, there may be instances in
which the Service is not available
due to the bad reception of the
signal or bad conditions including
the disturbance of network communication.
DOCOMO Business Net assumes no responsibility
whatsoever in the event the user
cannot use the Service due to such
communication conditions. |

| 2. Communication
Charges |
| |
Communication charges
for the Service differ depending
on the cellular phone model used
by the user. Please refer to Service
Areas and Communication Charge on
the website. |
| |
The User may select either "Detailed Statement Settlement" or "Time Count Settlement" with respect to the method of calculation of the Communication Charges for the Service. Provided, however, that the Equipment for which Detailed Statement Settlement or Time Count Settlement may be used shall be as set forth in the Terms. The User cannot change the method of calculation after the execution of the contract. Cancellation charge will be applied if you wish to change the method of calculation.

may accrue even in the
event of communication
by collect call, free dial,
credit card call and pre-paid
card call. |

If Detailed Statement
Settlement is selected, Communication
Charges shall be calculated based
on the hours of use indicated on
the Detailed Communication Statement
issued to DOCOMO Business Net by NTT
DOCOMO, Inc. ("DOCOMO").
If Time Count Settlement is selected,
Communication Charges shall be
calculated based on the hours of
use indicated on the Equipment
and confirmed by DOCOMO Business Net
at the time of return.

With
Detailed
Statement
Settlement,
if
the
User
desires
to
receive
a
detailed
statement
of
the
Communication
Charges
for
the
Service,
the
User
must
separately
apply
for "Service
for
the
Detailed
Statement" at
the
time
of
application
for
the
Service,
based
on
the
Terms. |

If
Detailed
Statement
Settlement
has
been
selected,
requests
for
payment
may
be
divided
by
two
months
or
more
due
to
the
settlement
among
the
telecommunication
providers
or
other
reasons.
In
addition,
Communication
Charges
may
not
be
requested
during
the
same
month
even
in
the
event
of
use
over
the
same
period. |

With Time Count
Settlement, Communication Charges
shall be calculated based on the
time of use indicated on the Equipment
and confirmed by DOCOMO Business Net
at the time of return.

When using Time Count
Settlement, DOCOMO Business Net
shall not issue the Detailed
Statement with respect
to the Service. |
| • |
When using Time Count
Settlement, Communication
Charges shall be paid,
in principle, at the Service
Shop at the time of return
of the Equipment. However,
where DOCOMO Business Net is
unable to calculate and
request payment of the
Charges at the time of
the User's return of the
Equipment, DOCOMO Business Net
will confirm the hours
of use of the Equipment
after the User's return
of the Equipment and request
payment of the Charges
to the User. |

Even if the User selects
Time Count Settlement,
in the case of theft or
loss or similar event to
the Equipment, DOCOMO Business Net
will request payment of
the Charges under Detailed
Statement Settlement. |

|
| 3. Other charges |
| |
In the event the
user wishes to cancel the application
within three (3) days of the date
of start of use (“Start of
Use Date”),
a cancellation charge of 1000 yen
(tax not imposed) shall be payable. |

In the event the
user cannot return the Equipment
by the date of end of use (return
date) (“End of Use Date”)
at the business hours of the airport
return counter, in addition to
the rental charges, the user shall
pay late charges of five hundred
yen (¥500)
per day (tax not imposed) multiplied
by the number of days on and from
the next day of the End of Use
Date to the date when the Equipment
was actually returned. In the event
the user cannot return the Equipment
within seven (7) days on and from
the next day of the End of Use
Date, the user shall pay a penalty
as set by DOCOMO Business Net in addition
to the late charges described above. |

In the event of
an accidents such as the loss of
or damage to the Equipment, please
notify the World
Cellular Phone Rental Center immediately
for disconnection of the communication
network. Provided, however, that
the communication charges incurred
until the disconnection of the
network by DOCOMO Business Net shall
be borne by the user. |

| 4. Compensation Service |
| |
In the event of
an accident such as the loss of
or damage to the Equipment of which
user does not subscribe to the
DOCOMO Business Net compensation service,
the user shall pay the penalty
as set forth in the Terms (“Penalty”). |
| |
We recommend that
the user subscribe to the compensation
service in case of an accident
such as the loss of or damage to
the Equipment. In the event the
user subscribes to the Compensation
Service, the user shall bear the
lower of either the Penalty or
the exemption amount set forth
in the Terms. |

In the event of
an accident such as the loss or
theft of the Equipment, please
submit to DOCOMO Business Net a certificate
document such theft or loss
issued by the local police. Please
confirm the Compensation
Service on the website together
with other precautions. |

| 5. Payment |
| |
The rental charges,
the communication charges, the
compensation charges, the Penalty set
forth in the Terms and other charges
based on the use of the Service
shall be paid via a credit card
of a company which DOCOMO Business Net
designates based on the terms and
conditions of the credit card of
such company. |
|
|
| 6. Precautions in
the Use of Service |
| |
An application for
the Service is accepted from up
to two (2) months prior to the
Start of Use Date. |
| |
Telephone answering
services and transfer services
cannot be used. |
| |
In the event that
the user has designated the telephone
number of the Equipment as call
forwarding number of a landline
telephone, such call forwarding
function may not work during the
time of the Service. |
| |
The Equipment is
unavailable outside Japan. |
| |
The period of use
of the Service shall be for a maximum
of three (3) months. |
| |
The Equipment cannot
be returned by door-to-door parcel
delivery. The Equipment shall be
returned at the airport return
counter by the End of Use Date
during the business hours thereof. |

We will inform you
about your contract condition of
the World Cellular Phone Rental
Service, charge details, and etc,
(except time account charges) after
we verify the identification of
questioner whether a contractor
himself. Please acknowledge we
will not receive inquiry from the
company, the family, and the third
party. |

| 7. Changes in the
website |
| |
DOCOMO Business Net may change the
contents of this website as necessary
from time to time. |
