• We rent cellular phones, which can make calls worldwide from Japan.
• You can receive a cellular phone at airports in Japan, if you make an advance reservation on the website.
• Entry of your credit card information is needed for an application.
• If the credit card holder is not same as the person who receives the cellular phone at the airport in Japan, a letter of proxy from the card holder is necessary. Please prepare and present it at the time of receipt of the cellular phone. You can download the letter of proxy from here.

Even if you don't have a reservation, we can accept your request at "docomo world counter" in the airports in Japan with the presentation of your credit card and passport (and a letter of proxy, if necessary). However, there are limited numbers of stock, so we appreciate your understanding and patience in case of non-availability.

Notification of Termination of Domestic Cellular Phone Rental
Domestic cellular phone rental service will be terminated with the delivery of the phone to customers on September 30, 2010 (Thu.).
The following two types are available for rental for domestic calls from October 1 (Fri.).
* Worldwide calls with time count calculation
* Worldwide calls plus the use of e-mails and the Internet with itemized billing
